About us

My name is Jon Ridge, and I’m a first-generation cattle rancher from central Oklahoma.
Ranching wasn’t handed down to me, I felt called to it. After serving in the U.S. Army: I found that the discipline, work ethic, and sense of purpose I developed there translated naturally into agriculture. Cattle ranching gave me a new mission: to raise animals with care, build a business with integrity, and contribute to the land in a meaningful way.
Our operation began with a simple but powerful goal: to raise cattle in a responsible, thoughtful manner that results in high-quality, nutritious beef. We’re especially passionate about producing local, healthy protein options that support the well-being of our community. By focusing on quality from the ground up, through regenerative grazing, proper animal care, and sustainable practices; we aim to offer beef you can trust and feel good about putting on your table.
I completed the Master Cattlemen’s course through Oklahoma State University, which provided me with a solid foundation in everything from herd health to business management. I also bring the values I learned in the military; accountability, perseverance, and attention to detail into every part of our operation.
But none of this would be possible without my wife, Chelsea.
Agriculture is definitely a family commitment that calls for long days, sleepless night and hard work. She’s been by my side every step of the way and is a vital part of our daily ranch responsibilities, decision-making, and long-term vision. She has grown into an enormous asset for our cattle business, and has fully embraced the western lifestyle.
We’re proud to be part of the Farmer Veteran Coalition, to carry the Homegrown by Heroes label, and to be active members of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association. We’re also BQA certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical animal care and food safety.
This is more than a business—it’s a way of life. And we’re grateful to share a piece of that life with you. Eat beef and remember to support your local farmers and ranchers!
